A Partner is someone who is associated with Ecogadgets as a business partner and helps to complete a transaction at Ecogadgets using the Partner our tech provided by Ecogadgets.

Our "Buying App" is a mobile application designed to enable partners to view, accept, and fulfill device pickup requests initiated by Ecogadgets within their designated geographical service areas. The process is as follows:

1. Customers wishing to sell used electronic gadgets and appliances such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, AC units, refrigerators, or washing machines obtain a quote on www.Ecogadgets.in. They then place an order with Ecogadgets, specifying their preferred pickup date and time slot.

2. Ecogadgets subsequently shares the gadget's details, condition, and quoted price via the Buying App for the partner's acceptance.

3. Partners retain the discretion to accept or decline orders through the application.

4. Upon order acceptance, comprehensive customer details, including address, mobile number, and email ID, are provided to the partner.

5. The partner is then responsible for contacting the customer and proceeding to their location on the agreed-upon date and time to collect the device and finalize the transaction with Ecogadgets.

6. Following the completion of an order, the partner assumes ownership of the device and is at liberty to resell it in the aftermarket, thereby realizing a profit.

7. Ecogadgets levies a nominal commission from the partner for each successfully completed order.

The responsibilities of an Ecogadgets Partner include:

* Interacting with customers as an official Ecogadgets partner, rather than as an individual.

* Conducting a thorough inspection of the device at the customer's location. If necessary, a re-evaluation should be performed using the app to offer the optimal price determined by the application.

* Disbursing the amount determined by Ecogadgets to the customer and concluding the transaction.

* Collecting necessary documentation from the customer, such as ID proof, the original bill (if available), and any other pertinent documents.

* Adhering to ethical business practices in accordance with the standards and protocols established by Ecogadgets.
